TESTING The CSC is outfitted with equipment and facilities to put any and every hose assembly or product prototype to the test. Whether it is an existing customer assembly or a new concept, our engineers, chemists and technicians can freeze, heat, abrade, impulse cycle, age and otherwise simulate real world conditions to put it through its paces. They can evaluate compounds, metals and designs to learn what works – and what doesn't. They can create micro environments to expose materials to everything from dry air to ozone. Our Impulse Test Lab is the most advanced of it's kind in the industry. At the CSC, the proof is in the testing.

CUSTOMER TRAINING High quality technical training is a key to extracting the most value from high quality fluid power assemblies. The most visible aspect of the CSC is our comprehensive customer training capability. Fully equipped training rooms, a state-of-the-art classroom with individual computer workstations and mobile equipment bays allow students and Gates professionals to work side-by-side on hose and coupling selection, crimping, system design and routing, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, safety and many other topics. There's even a secure mobile equipment bay where we work with customers on new product design and development. The CSC is all about you.
